Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy

At RB Life Brands®, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

The following policies apply to any order cancellations, replacements or refunds, that originated on our storefront at, as applicable.


For subscription orders, you may cancel your upcoming order at any time before the date of charge. Once the order has been charged and processed, we will be unable to cancel it.

You will receive a reminder email 3 days prior to your charge date, to allow you time to confirm, adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription order. Any changes made to the account after the charge date will only be reflected on future orders. You can make any adjustments needed by logging into your account, or by contacting us at

RB Life Brands® reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason with notification to the customer, including reasons due to perceived or confirmed misuse, abuse or manipulation of any RB Life Brand® cancellation, replacement or return policies or processes.


Due to health, safety, and sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept returns on our products. If you are unsatisfied with our toilet paper for any reason, or if you received a damaged product, please contact us at, and we will help resolve your issue accordingly.

We do not issue refunds past 30 days after receipt of the product based on delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier, or on large orders of multiple packages. Products are only eligible for refund requests on the first order, and only once for each individual product. Orders with multiple boxes placed for the same product do not qualify for a full refund. In such a case we will only process a refund for one box.
